Shipping

"Where don't you ship to?"
We will not be shipping to Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Israel, Laos, Libya, Mauritius, Mexico, Mongolia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. This is in accordance with USPS' guidelines on where they cannot ship to. Everywhere else should be fine, but if you have any concerns, please don't be afraid to reach out to us!

"Do you ship to the UK?"
Yes! One of our shipping mods is handling UK-specific orders to ensure all UK buyers will get their orders quickly and efficiently without extra expenses.

"How will orders be shipped?"
Orders are to be shipped from three separate locations to accomodate a larger range of countries that we can send orders to.

"How long will orders take to arrive?"
After preorders, there is a manufacturing period where each product is being created. Once our shipping team has received the products, we will ship them out as soon as possible, however shipping times will vary greatly depending on country and whether or not they're being sent from another country. You will find a rough estimate for how long it should take for your order to arrive (after the manufacturing + packaging period) at the checkout or in your order confirmation email. We also plan to update you all on our social media (mainly Twitter @CL_SasharcyZine), which you can find links for at the bottom of this page!

"What happens if my bundle gets lost in the mail?"
We understand these things can happen and we can send a new bundle, as long as you pay for the shipping. Please contact us if you believe your bundle may have gotten lost in the mail so that we can organise this!

ORDERING

"What is a preorder?"
A preorder is an order that is done in advance before the sender has received the product. It helps us know how many of each product we need to order. The only difference to a normal order is that the waiting time is longer to accommodate the manufacturing period, the time it takes for the products to ship to the mods, packaging of the bundles, and the time it takes to ship to the customers.

"I bought a bundle but want to get a bigger one! How can I upgrade my order?"
Please use the contact page on this site! We will get in touch with you to arrange a refund so that you can order the bundle you want instead.

"Is Paypal the only way to pay?"
Yes. We are unable to give any exceptions to this due to fees and exchange rates.

"I've ordered, but haven't received my digital content yet. Where is it?"
All digital content will be sent by email at the beginning of the shipping period. Keep an eye out on our social media for updates on when this will be! If you still don't receive it after that, please don't be afraid to contact us so that we can send you your digital content.
